I’m not the best in writing reviews but these products are worth of trying.. My nutritionist recommended me to use Porebski liposomes. I have thyroid disease and also heavy metals in my body. I’ve started first from liposomalC+ADEK. My whole family is taking the same and our immune system is much improved. My son didn’t even have a cold since he is taking liposomalC+adek. And so am I. I used to have chest and throat infection regularly- not anymore :). Currently I am taking also glutathione with zinc as I as of my heavy metal detox. I’m using third bottle already and I can see the benefits. My Constant tiredness, brain fog, lack of concentration is gone. I used to feel miserable every day because I was always tired with no energy. Now I wake up every day with more energy, I don’t feel tired anymore. It improved my concentration. I Have that feeling of having clear head and be more open minded to everything. Before I couldn’t remember basic little things when now I remember a lot. There is still long process ahead of me to go back to where I used to be before I discovered thyroid and heavy metal issues but I’m full of hope for better days. Jest to dopiero moja druga butelka liposomalnej witaminy C, tym razem zakupilam takze CADEK. Glutathione biore na noc a CADEK rano i jak narazie moge dostrzec przyplyw energii. Lepiej mi sie spi a rano nie wstaje zmeczona. Poniewaz borykam sie ze stanami zapalnymi w organizmie bede kontynuowac suplementacje przez kolejne miesiace, zeby zobaczyc co dobrego jeszcze sie moze wydarzyc. Chetnie podziele sie moimi spostrzezeniami w przyszlosci. Dziekuje za swietny produkt!

I started taking this Liposome product a few weeks ago and immediately started to notice a change in my energy - because it is absorbed into the body much quicker than supplements I could feel it working straight away. I take it every day and wouldn’t be without it, it has really improved my fatigue and I feel so much better. Would highly recommend it.

Serving:

Take one teaspoon daily. Mix it with cold water or juice if desired. Could be consumed before or together with cold drinks or other cold food. Refrain from consuming anything hot at the same time to protect liposomes from damage. Store in a cool, dry and dark place away from sunlight. Preferably refrigerate before and after opening. Best before 90 days if not opened. After opening, best if consumed within 30 days.
