I had long covid for over a year and, alongside a lot of other symptoms, my energy levels was the one that was still bothering me a lot, because by the end of the day , every day, I was always super exhausted, and if I would do to much in one day, the next day I had to stop/rest... Love the taste and it seems to be doing it's job ? The only issue is when you put it in fridge it can be bit of challenge to pour it on spoon. Just wondering if jar like packaging would be better solution or a bottle that has a wide enough neck to put spoon in?

Serving:

Take one teaspoon daily. Mix it with cold water or juice if desired. Could be consumed before or together with cold drinks or other cold food. Refrain from consuming anything hot at the same time to protect liposomes from damage. Store in a cool, dry and dark place away from sunlight. Preferably refrigerate before and after opening. Best before 90 days if not opened. After opening, best if consumed within 30 days.
